ViciBox: ViciBox is the official installation ISO for the VICIdial Contact Center Suite. It installs a complete OpenSuSE server along with Asterisk, DAHDI and VICIdial, and can set up anything from a single “express” server to a multi-server cluster. ViciBox is built and maintained by the VICIdial Group, and is not affiliated with any other VICIdial installation distribution.

VICIdial Contact Center Suite: VICIdial is an enterprise class, open source, contact center suite in use by thousands of companies around the world. It is capable of inbound, outbound, and blended call handling, and allows agents to log in from remote locations.

The VICIdial Group: The VICIdial Group was founded in 2007 to provide an array of professional products and services to the rapidly growing national and international VICIdial user community. The original creator and primary developer of VICIdial, Matt Florell, started the VICIdial Group along with several other VICIdial consultants who had all been operating independently.
